ECG+ helps you review your Apple Watch ECG recordings and better understand patterns such as possible early, or premature, beats, which some users notice around moments of sudden palpitations. ECG+ does not diagnose symptoms or medical episodes. Instead, it presents your recorded ECG data in a clearer, more structured way, so you can have a more informed conversation with your doctor. By marking RR intervals directly on your ECG recording strips, ECG+ makes HRV easier to understand and more transparent, helping you see the data behind a number commonly used by fitness enthusiasts to track wellbeing, recovery, and physical readiness.
