These requests are forwarded through to the relevant city service team to accept, review, update and resolve. You can submit requests anonymously or sign in with an account. We highly recommend creating an account as you will then gain access to enhanced features and experience a more personalized service. Service requests can be logged with photos, categorized and placed on a map. You can also search current requests and follow them if you want updates and notifications.
