Korea’s first Seoul Subway App devoted for foreigners (Official) Line map, route search, use information, real-time train information, tourism line map Seoul Subway App is developed by Seoul Metro which operates Line No.1~8 of subways in Seoul to enhance convenience of foreign subway users in Seoul. This app enables foreign travelers to use a subway without inconvenience from boarding, transit to arrival of a train by receiving location-based information. Detailed features are as follows. ▴ search a route by station name, No. and destination ▴ display real-time train information by station or line ▴ provide information of subway stations, notification of arrival station, congestion level of a train based on the current location ▴ receive a situation alarm in case of the delay of a train ▴ receive a guide service to find restrooms within a station, exits and transit. ▴ provide information on tourism attractions around a station and subway line map for Seoul’s famous tourism destinations The app is easy and convenient to use with simple design and configuration. [Essential access right] - call: to call to a station office and emergency contact - file and media: to download data in need of operating the app such as a line map and others - location and nearby device: to receive the boarding location of a train, arrival notification service, report a complaint on a train [Optional access right] - camera: to take a picture when reporting a complaint - microphone: to use a mode for people with transportation vulnerability and Google voice recognition service
