If you can't find what you are looking for, you can build your own programs, customize existing programs, or use AI to generate a program. With your workouts stored securely in the cloud, access your data whenever you need it. You can access your data on Android, iOS, and Desktop. You can import data from popular apps such as FitNotes, Strong, Hevy, and Stronglifts 5x5. You can also export all your workouts for further analysis. Intensity includes social features where you can add your friends, share workouts, and compete on the leaderboard.
