The foundation of this practice has always been about using what you have available to you, whenever, wherever you are. No matter how much time you have available to you (5, 10, 20 minutes, etc), there is something you can do, everyday, to better both your body and your mind. The subscription renewal date will always be the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription period.
