The VitaHealth app lets you download your VitaHealth home exercise program to your smart phone or tablet. *** Note that you will receive the access code to access this app from your healthcare practitioner. *** You can see the exercises which have been prescribed to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. With “RehabWorks” you can securely report symptoms to your physiotherapist while performing the daily exercises from the App. Your Physiotherapist can monitor your feedback to make sure you are progressing as planned and intervene when you need some additional support. Important: this app is not intended to diagnose any condition. Your exercise program on this app will have been assigned to you after consulting with a healthcare professional.
