Choose to copy from Inspection Notes, Additional/Maintenance Notes, or let PIM's AI assistance intelligently combine both into a polished summary. Set collation to run as you work, or trigger it manually when needed. AI Assisted Inspections * Meet your new AI writing assistant — generate inspection notes from photos or polish your own words with a single tap. Copy Photos * Photos can now be copied between areas — so if you've taken a photo in one area and need it to appear somewhere else, like the Tenant Summary, it's just a tap away. Housekeeping * We noticed that in some cases, deleting an inspection was leaving an unused folder behind on your device. This has now been fixed so everything is cleaned up as expected Chintaro Inspection Type Upgrades * PIM now supports Inspection Types in Chintaro Cloud. Smarter Inspection Updates * Inspection sync is now simpler, faster, and more reliable for a smoother experience every time. Cleaner Photo Display * Your inspection photos now look cleaner, load faster, and are easier to scroll through - even the big, high-quality ones. Easier Inspection Imports * Bringing inspections across from Cirrus8, Re-Leased, Property Tree, Chintaro Cloud, and Reapit is now simpler and smoother, with clearer layouts and more flexible refresh options to keep everything up to date. Multiple Tenancies * You can now add multiple tenancy contacts directly into PIM and include them on your reports. Everything stays together in one place, making record - keeping simpler and more organised. Instant Alerts for Work Requests * Cirrus8 and CirrusFM inspectors can now automatically notify property managers when a Work Request is submitted.
