This mobile application is designed for nurses and other care team members to use to reach the physicians, nurses and other care team members they need, right when they need them. PerfectServe® is healthcare’s most intelligent solution for clinical communications – an integrated system designed to unite physicians, nurses and other care team members across inpatient and outpatient settings and facilitate communication-driven workflows for timely care team collaboration. WITH THE PERFECTSERVE CARE TEAM APP, YOU CAN: - View your patients and communicate with their real-time dynamic care team. - Receive and respond to nurse call requests and alerts/alarms from integrated patient monitoring systems. - Automatically identify and connect to the right physician you need to reach at that particular moment in time with a tailored algorithm powered by Dynamic Intelligent Routing® that manages group workflow rules, call schedules and personalized future delivery and notification profiles. - Automatically identify and connect with nurses and other care team staff such as respiratory therapists, pharmacists, etc. - Send and receive secure messages with escalating fail-safe notifications and message read receipts. - Initiate phone calls to any care team member.
