Online access and identity verification (including Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID types) is required for card activation and to open an account. Monthly fee waived whenever you receive payroll or government benefits direct deposits of $500 or more in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise, $5 per month. 2.There are no pay per use fees on purchase transactions when you use your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card. 3.
