The Washashores Cape Cod App lets you put detailed information about Cape Cod restaurants and nightlife right into the palm of your hand. With this app, you’ll never be at a loss figuring out what to do and where to go to eat at night on Cape Cod. The information it provides includes: --a searchable database of more than 100 Cape Cod restaurants that have been personally reviewed and approved by the husband-and-wife team who are the founders of Washashores. This list is constantly growing as our own exploration of Cape Cod continues. Looking for restaurants with a scenic view? You can search for that. Looking for good Italian restaurants, cozy pubs or taverns, fine-dining options, etc.? This app can tell you where to find them. You can read our detailed, unbiased reviews; view our photo galleries; and link directly to the restaurant websites. -- a "Picks of the Week" list that is updated every week and provides an extensive listing of things you can do on the Cape for the week ahead -- places you can go to enjoy live music, go dancing, participate in trivia and karaoke nights, and so much more. We tell you what's happening, where, and when. --two different event calendars that provide information on upcoming live shows, concerts, theater performances, fairs and festivals, arts and crafts classes, and more. --a list of all the different bands who play on Cape Cod, with links to their websites and links to videos that we have produced of their performances. --Three different "My Favorites” lists: A “My Favorite Restaurants" list that allows you to keep track of restaurants you like -- or restaurants that you would like to try A "My Favorite Events" list that allows you to keep track of those events that have captured your interest and that you might like to attend. ABOUT THE CREATORS: Steve and Audrey, the founders of Washashores, moved to Cape Cod in 2022 and quickly made it their goal to discover all that the Cape has to offer in terms of dining and nighttime entertainment. They initially created a Facebook page and website as a way to share that journey of discovery with others, be they tourists, native Cape Codders, or fellow washashores like themselves. With the release of this app, they are taking their ability to share that information to a whole new level.
