Rent Manager Manual & Automated Rent Data: Landlords can enter rent details manually or let the app's automated rent billing software generate rent data for all registered tenants each cycle. Automatic Invoice Generation: The app automatically generates invoices for rent and other charges. Email Invoices: Invoices are automatically sent to tenants via email, streamlining the billing process. Setup Process: Register properties and sections (define rent cost, cycle, and cycle length).
