Stay on top of your progress with insights on trends and patterns. • The ability to easily record and track your health. Enter vitals manually or connect your health monitoring device to the app and get alerts and recommendations. • Medication and activity reminders. Stay on track with your goals with daily notifications to take your medications or get moving. • Tools to support your mental health. Easily track your moods and sleep, journal, and follow guided meditations and action plans to understand your feelings better. • An easy way to share your progress . Celebrate your wins and share your challenges with your doctor and MDLIVE care team directly through the app. Use the app if you: • Would like personalized support to help you through your journey • Want to learn how to have a healthy lifestyle and mindset • Want to improve your overall well-being and manage your health better with your care team The MDLIVE Health Coaching app works alongside the MDLIVE patient portal. You'll continue to access your MDLIVE patient portal while using the app to schedule follow-up care with your MDLIVE doctor, receive appointment reminders and access your health records. The MDLIVE patient portal and MDLIVE Health Coaching apps are secure and compliant with federal and state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
