The app shows live departure times of trams and buses in Poznań and around. It allows you to search for a stop, add it to favorites and find the nearest stop on a map. You can also check in which tariff zone a given stop is. Data comes from the PEKA Virtual Monitor webpage (https://www.peka.poznan.pl/vm/).
