Get monthly and annual reports to gain deeper insights about yourself - and understand what you feel, what you like, and what you need. ■ Rewire your brain to think different with Training Do you have any thinking habits that make you feel bad? Neuroplasticity theory says that our brains can be rewired with repeated practice. With Moodee’s Training, you can go through various fictional scenarios and practice thinking in a different way - whether it be to be more optimistic, or feel less guilty on a daily basis. ■ Talk with animal friends in interactive Stories Various animal friends who are trapped in their stories have come to you for help!
