When viewing your list of Favorite affirmations you can swipe left to delete an affirmation. Tapping on a specific affirmation will let you view it. To add your own affirmations, tap on the bottom left icon then tap on "Add Your Own". Any affirmation you add will appear in your favorites list. To record yourself saying an affirmation, tap the top right REC icon and then on the red button to start recording. You can save one recording per affirmation. To add your own backgrounds, tap on the bottom right icon, then tap on "My Backgrounds". Any background here will appear in one of your daily affirmations unless you set one as your current.
