Online access and identity verification (including Social Security, TIN or select US ID type or Foreign ID types) is required for card activation and to open an account. Mobile number or email address verification and mobile app are required to access all features. 1. Monthly fee waived whenever you receive payroll or government benefits direct deposits of $500 or more in the previous monthly statement period. Otherwise, $5 per month. 2.There are no pay per use fees on purchase transactions when you use your Xpectations! Plus Debit Card. 3. Early direct deposit availability depends on payor type, timing, payment instructions, and bank fraud prevention measures. Plus Debit Card account to prevent fraud restrictions on the account. 5.
