Major motorized blind brands and retailers have partnered with us to provide their own setup codes, customizing the app experience and making the pairing process easier. Compatible Smart Controllers (model C-BR300) with different casings: – Eclipse Powershade Smart Controller: oval case – Louvolite One Touch: rectangular case Which Setup Code Should I Use? We recommend using the setup code provided by your blind retailer. This ensures a simplified pairing process with a tailored list of options. If you purchased your Smart Controller from a different retailer and no setup code was provided, you can set up your account using the SBH20 setup code. Is My Motorized Blind Compatible with the Smart Controller? For each of your blinds, compare their remote controls with the compatibility list available at neosmartblinds.com under Menu > Smart Controller > Compatibility.
