The MyChart app also enables you to check in to your appointment directly from your mobile device, and reduces the need to fill out paper forms each time you go to a new Catholic Health office. All your records will be in one place on MyChart. The app also gives you access to your clinical test results sooner – usually in less than 24 hours. Plus you can connect with your doctor anytime, anywhere, via email through MyChart. You’ll also be able keep your health care information better organized; the app you to check on your appointments (and those of your family members); check health records; access immunization records; and order medication refills – all from a single portal. You can even pay a bill or get a cost estimate for a future service through MyChart, or upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
