An accomplished chef, Alan decided to ditch the upscale dining scene to launch the first Lemonade in West Hollywood in 2008, craving to create a chef-driven, contemporary approach to fine food. . . done fast. Alan’s confident yet relaxed concept has curated a loyal following and nurtured Lemonade into a neighborhood favorite. In 2009, Ian Olsen came on board to join Alan as Partner, forging a dynamic relationship that has helped to redefine the fast-casual dining experience for today’s food-savvy diners.
