With My East Hartford, Town information and services are just a few clicks away. This mobile app allows you to submit general questions and non-emergency service requests – all from the convenience of your smartphone. The Service Request feature allows citizens to easily inform the Town of important issues ranging from property maintenance issues, refuse and sanitation questions, to information on our road improvement program. The service provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to Town staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status updates as your requests are handled. Citizens can also link directly to the Town of East Hartford’s social media and view information from the Town’s website. My East Hartford links our residents with the services and information they need to enjoy their community and stay connected with local government.
