San José 311! San José 311 is a service request system brought to you by the City of San Jose. The application allows you to submit, track and explore a variety of city service requests. These requests are forwarded through to the relevant city service team to accept, review, update and resolve. You can submit requests anonymously or sign in with an account. We highly recommend creating an account as you will then gain access to enhanced features and experience a more personalized service. Service requests can be logged with photos, categorized and placed on a map. You can also search current requests and follow them if you want updates and notifications. The application contains a detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section to assist you in navigating through our many city services.
